Hotel rooms and condos are now available at the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center for the 2009 Rocky Mountain Trauma and Emergency Medicine Conference.
Check in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and the checkout time is 11:00 AM. Children stay free in the same room as parents. Cribs are available at no cost with advance notice. Rollaways and pets are not permitted.
For 2010, free wireless internet is available in all rooms reserved for the conference!
We urge you to make your hotel reservations early to assure room availability and special conference rates. For reservations, call 1-800-525-2253. There is no special conference code number to use, just mention the name of the conference.
