 Registration

Conference Fees: 

  • EMT's (all levels), RN, PA, NP - $170.00 for the whole conference
    - or $120.00 for any single day
     
  • Physicians - $295.00 for the whole conference
    - or $185.00 for any single day
     
  • ATLS Refresher - $300.00 (pre-conference)
            
  • Airway Workshop - $50.00 (pre-conference)
           
  • Injury Prevention Workshop - $35.00 (pre-conference)

 Tips for using On-Line Registration: 

  • You will be prompted to establish an on-line account to proceed with registration.
     
  • Please use a valid email address when you set up that account - this is how you get your receipt.
     
  • You can send the invitation/registration page to a friend or colleague if you like
     
  • Choose 1 "Admission Item" as the main part of the conference
     
  • You can choose other optional "Sessions" if they are applicable
     
  • You will be prompted on a "Group Registration" page to add other attendees - this works well for those who are registering multiple people at the same time.  Just click on "Add Person" to register another.
     
  • The "Registration Sumary" page shows you what you've signed up for.  You are given the opportunity to go back and make changes as necessary.
     
  • On the final step of the process, you are prompted for credit card information.
     
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration - please save this as it has a confirmation number you will need if you need to modify your registration.

Common Errors/Reasons for Decline

  • We do not accept American Express.  Visa, Mastercard and Discover only.
     
  • Mismatch between home address and billing address for credit card.  Make sure you enter a mailing address that matches the billing address for the credit card you are using.
     
  • Corporate cards and government issue cards may have billing addresses different than the mailing address you entered in the registration process.
     
  • Make sure you type in your name exactly as it appears on the card.
     
  • We have had problems with government cards issued to the military.
