Educational fees and registration for participants are kept to a minimum through the generous support and assistance of exhibitors and sponsors. Without your ongoing commitment to this program, we could not offer the quality of the educational experience for such a nominal fee.
Exhibits include state-of-the-art equipment, products and professional services. We have space for approximately 40 exhibits in the vendor area. In addition, we have space in the parking lot for outdoor displays. Once our exhibit spaces are full, we may be able to accommodate additional vendors in more creative locations around the conference area – but such arrangements will be worked out on a one on one basis if that becomes necessary.
Our sponsors may be vendors, Colorado trauma centers and hospitals, as well as other trauma system participants. Sponsorships include, but are not limited to, specific speakers, conference notebooks, conference name tags, meals, breaks, as well as the Welcoming Reception, which will be held on Tuesday evening June 24, 2008. In 2006, we had a vendor suggest a new sponsorship – providing Internet Kiosks for conference participants. So if you have an idea for a creative new sponsorship, please let us know!
All sponsorships include: one complimentary exhibit space, name and logo on a large banner, signage posted at the time and location of the sponsorship gift, announcement of the sponsorship gift by the conference moderator, and recognition of the sponsorship in the vendor Catalog.
We would love to have your company or organization be a vendor or a sponsor. You can download the Vendor Application and the Sponsorship Form here. In order to have your information printed in our Vendor Catalog – we will need to receive your application by April 1, 2008. But if you want to be sure to get exhibit space – you don’t have to wait THAT long!
For questions regarding vendors or sponsors, please contact Craig Gravitz.
Thank you very much for considering an exhibit or sponsorship opportunity for the 2008 Rocky Mountain Trauma and Emergency Medicine Conference!
